Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and business data held by Orbit Metrics, Inc. This page explains what gets deleted, what we are required to retain, and how to submit a request.
What We Will Delete
- Your account profile (name, email address, password hash)
- All business metrics data synced from your integrations
- Your scorecard configurations, dashboards, and alert settings
- Integration credentials and authorization tokens
- Usage logs and activity history associated with your account
- Any content you created within the Service
What We Are Required to Retain
Certain data must be retained to comply with legal obligations:
- Billing records — invoices, payment history, and transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by tax law
- Fraud and abuse records — if your account was flagged for fraud or abuse, we retain relevant records as permitted by law
- Legal holds — data subject to a legal hold, subpoena, or regulatory requirement cannot be deleted until the hold is lifted
Timeframe
We will process your deletion request and confirm completion within 30 days. For complex requests, we may take up to 90 days, and we will notify you if that is the case.
Effect of Deletion
Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Your account will be permanently deactivated. If you have an active paid subscription, cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a data deletion request — you must submit the request separately.
How to Submit a Request
Send an email to team@orbitscorecard.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your full name
- Whether you want a full account deletion or deletion of specific data categories
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request to protect against unauthorized deletion.
